1. Rental Requirements
Minimum age: 21 years with a valid driver's license held for at least 1 year. Valid passport or national ID required. Credit or debit card required for deposit.
2. Deposit
A refundable deposit of €100 is required at vehicle pick-up. The deposit will be returned upon vehicle return in the same condition as received.
3. Included in the Rental Price
Unlimited kilometers · Value Added Tax (VAT) · Third-party liability insurance · Theft protection (CDW/TP) · Personal accident insurance · 24/7 road assistance.
4. Not Included
Fuel (vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level) · Border crossing permits (available as extra) · Additional driver fee (if applicable) · Fines, tolls and parking fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pick-up: Full refund. Less than 48 hours: First day's rental charge applies.
6. Border Crossings
Crossing borders requires the Green Card extra. Zone 1 (€30): Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria. Zone 2 (€80): Zone 1 + Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia.
7. Insurance Excess
Standard rental includes insurance with €0 excess for CDW/TP. Optional: Insurance Excess 200€ (€5/day) or Full Insurance with €0 excess (€15/day).
8. Late Returns
Returns more than 1 hour late will be charged for an additional day.
